MANN High Speed Thread Rolling Machines are designed very simple, noise level of which is very low while in operation. All Liners of the machines are manufactured from Phosphorus Bronze and Guide-ways are from Alloy Steel to ensure precision Threading of the Blanks and longer life of Rolling Dies. Forward and Backward Push Buttons provided makes easy for the Operator to do quick Adjustments and Blank Feeding Guide Plates are also adjustable for the required Size and Length of Screws. Automatic Lubrication System provided with Oiling Time and Interval are adjustable.

1. Vibratory Hopper Feeder or Rotary Drum Type Hopper Feeder provided as per requirement of the Buyer.
2. One Set of Dies for One standard Size.
3. One Set of Tools and One Set of Special Adjusting Tools.
