Ice flaker is fitted inside finely painted MS body having a stainless steel made bin which is free from corrosion. The ice crusher used in this unit is a GERMAN CRUSHER made of stainless steel to offer longevity and high performance.
An accurately designed float valve is used to introduce water into the crusher assembly. This valve effectively and smoothly controls the inflow of water to match the water level requirement irrespective of fluctuations in water pressure at the input line. It also has a function of auto cut off when there is no or less supply of water.
A properly insulated (PUF) container made of stainless steel is used to collect the ice flakes. For the hassle-free removal of flakes, a top door is provided which is easy to push to quicken the removal process. Further, a highly intelligent ICE LEVEL CONTROLLER is fitted in the unit that automatically shut down the system when ice gets accumulated inside the chamber beyond the maximum level.
