Description:
1. The pre-opening machine is mainly used to loosen PSF fiber in bundles with lower opening rate and then transfer them to the next procedure.
2. The raw material should be 2 or 3 dimensional polyester fiber and the fiber should be shorter than 100mm.
3. All the rollers are well produced dynamic balancing device, so there is little noise while the machine is working.
4. The developed fiber openers are of a very good quality and a higher production capacity. And the steel plates are manufactured by computerized laser cutting machinebut not welding machine.
