Eyelet Insertion Machine

Following are the Main Features of Eyelet Insertion Machine :-
-EI-01 consists of 2 heads for eyelet pin and 1 head for GT pin(or gripper).
-This insertion machine maximizes efficiency of process by integrating three insertion processes of odd form components into a process.
*ANVIL UNIT
-The ANVIL unit clamps well with a large size PCB.
-As soon as the heads insert pins on the PCB, the pins are fixed through ANVIL.
-When pressure anomaly occurs due to failure of insertion, PCB Anti-Damage system will operate.
*X-Y TABLE
-Through its excellent movement, X-Y table controls and can operate in high speed through servo stepping motor and ball screw, which located in the edge of the table.
*ANVIL STOPPER
-It is a structure to control the height of anvil.
*ACCURATE SYSTEM CONTROL AND DATA MANAGEMENT
-All systems of the EI-01 are controlled by the PC, creating various settings of industrial computer.
-During operation, the PC guarantees excellent control through continuous monitoring of data.


-The vision system makes it possible to view the insertion in the hole center.
1. FUNCTION FOR DETECTION OF INCORRECT PCB DIRECTION FLOW
-Detects incorrect PCB flow with the vision system after the PCB moves onto the X-Y table.
2. FUNCTION FOR PCB ALIGNMENT CORRECTION
-Detects the Fiducial mark, once the PCB moves onto the table, and correctly adjusts the coordinate system, which is relevant for insertion.
