The developing of ERW tubes is carried out on sophisticated tube mills, where the raw material i.e. SS Strips, sourced from only the world-recognized sources is fed. The strips are welded into tubes/ pipes using TIG/ Plasma/ Laser welding. Within this process, the edges of the strip are heated and fused collectively in a protective atmosphere of Argon gas using a non-consumable electrode without the addition of any filler material. Additionally, When tubes are designed on fully automatic tube mills, the product is bright annealed, subjected to NDT, size tested, polished if required and stencil marked on line itself.
