The developing of ERW Pipes is carried out on advanced tube mills where the raw material i.e. SS Strips procured from only the world-renowned sources is fed. The strips are welded into tubes/ pipes using TIG/ Plasma/ Laser welding. Under this method the edges of the strip are heated and fused together in a protective atmosphere of Argon gas using a non-consumable electrode without the addition of any filler material. Our pipes are designed on fully automatic tube mills the product is bright annealed subjected to NDT size checked polished if required and stencil marked on line itself.
