Limitation and Recommendations
- Do not apply on gypsum, wood plaster, paint or any metal surfaces
- Use notched trowel
- Respect the mixing ratio
- Always add powder to water and not water to powder.
Surface Preparation
- Ensure that the substrate is flat, hard stable, well adhered and has normal absorption
- Clean the substrate to remove dust, dirt residual coating, grease and laitance using suitable process.
- Repair local undulation/damage on substrate at least 48 hours before application of tile adhesive.
- Chasing for the concealed piping, plumbing and electrical conduction etc should be carried out before application of tile adhesive.
- For tile-over application, ensure that existing tiles are adhered firmly to the substrate beneath. Any holes, unstable tiles, cavities must be repaired before application of tile adhesive.
- Saturate the surface well and remove excess water before application of the tile adhesive.

- Open time: 20 to 30 min
- Adjustment time: 15 min
- Time before grouting: 24 hours
- Time to walk on tiled floor: 24 hours after laying
- Recommended thickness: 3 to 10mm
- Temperature of application: to 5oC+35oC
- Mix ratio: 20kg-4 to 7 ltr.
