Square shape of spine similar to perfect bound books, open books flat without any damage to spine & printing can be done on the spine section, square pressed books are easy to handle for stacking and packing.
Hydraulic Pressure for clamping for clamping & squaring and gap in the squaring rollers can be set to suit the thickness of book paper / title. Square shape of the spine for aesthetic and functional value addition at 850/950 cycles per hour for single copy, the sewn book (dairy) block is cased-in with the Glued Covering Material and the same ( 1 to 4 copies up to a maximum opening of 50mm) are inserted in the machine. The end paper sticks perfectly to the covering material without any crease marks or air-bubbles and the spine from a perfect square a shape.
