This machine is heavy duty robust type in design in grade casting for quick handling. It consists of heavy bed supported on left and right vertical body. The machine has three slotting and one corner cutting head. The slots units are mounted over an eccentric roller causing them to move accurately as required. Heavy platform & two guides are provided to facilitate accurate angle, easy and correct feeding of sheets.
The machine is capable of slotting a number of sheets in one stroke. The distance between two slots and slot depth is adjustable. The machine contains graded alloy steel knives for long life sharpness & smooth cutting. The knives are operating like scissor for precision and smooth cutting. Minimum distance between two dies is 7" inches, corner width is 3.5 inches and slot depth is 18". All moving parts are protected by safety guards.
