Dual pulse welding adopts synergic pulse energy control process, by controlling
periodically synergic feeding speed/pulse current/arc length to adjust heat input,
improve seam formation and quality
With 1.2 mm Al-Mg wire, current 15 amps, welding on 0.5 mm thin plate can result
in high welding stability.
RS 485 clips, anti-jamming communication; Separate wire feeder and power source
allows welding possible over a long distance
Storage for 100 sets of welding programs saves operation time
Applicable to wires of carbon steel / flux cored/stainless steel/aluminum/Al-Mg/
