Dipping Machine (Mi-7)

This is new generation machine coating chemical on flush door, Ply board and Ply through the Rubber Rollers. Generally coating chemical on board, Flush door or ply with brush or cloth. In this Method or process there are slow production lining on door or board always seen and Consumption of Chemical is also more than machine coating.
Working of Machine: - This machine works through Electrical Panel, Remote, Temperature
Meter, Heavy gauge, Chemical tank, Rubber rollers, Electrical motors, Gear Box & Pump.

Specification of Dipping Machine (MI-7) : -

1) Structure of machine heavy duty 15mm thickness MS Plate and base frame Heavy duty MS Channel.
2) Chemical Tank Heavy Duty MS Sheet.
3) The machine available in three categories:-
a) With 10 rubber rollers, motors, gear box without panels
b) With 12 rubber rollers, motors, gear box without panels
c) With 12 rubber rollers, motors, gear box, panels & all accessories.

4) Motor a Two motor 3 HP
5) Gear Box a 2 Nos 3a a center
6) Pump a One no. pump 1 H.P to lift the chemical from Tank and spread on rollers.
7) Steam Coil a One no steam coil for heating chemical.
8) Guiders a Both sides are with guider for straight movement of ply or board.
