Detergent Welson 11

Detergent Welson 11 is a liquid formulation which is designed to protect cooling and process water system from scale and foulants. It is composed of a blend of organic threshold agents, polyelectrolytes and heterocyclic copper inhibitors. It can be used for in process cleaning of cooling systems.

WELSON 11 is formulated to:
Clean cooling systems while the system in operation
Protect against airborne contaminants
Keep heat exchanger surfaces free from scale
Contain no chromates or heavy metals

DOSAGE :
For best result, continuous feeding of WELSON 11 is recommended.
Treatment dosage depends on the conditions of the foulants present in the systems.
For most applications a continuous treatment of 10-100 ppm is recommended.
For Pretreatment, a dosage level of 500-5,000 ppm is recommended.

METHOD OF FEED
WELSON 11 can be dosed directly from the carboy or at any dilution on a continuous or proportional basis with a metering pump.
