Welson Waterless Hand Cleaner

An emulsion containing both soaps and surfactants giving excellent detergency on water soluble soils plus a special grease-dissolving ingredient.
Contains NO ammonia, kerosene, chlorinated or aromatic solvents or other harsh skin defatting ingredients.

Directions:
Apply to dry hands only.
Rub in just enough to cover both hands with a thin film.
If a dispenser is used, the amount obtained from one push of the plunger is adequate. Use of excessive amounts will delay breakdown of the material and slow cleaning action.
Massage over skin and around fingernails until material liquefies.
Wipe off loosened soil with cloth or paper towel or rinse with water.
