Desi Ghee is a form of clarified butter with its milk solids and water removed. It is prepared by cooking Butter Ghee or cream from carefully selected milk which is then sterilized and centrifuged under stringent quality standards ensuring granular structure and a pleasing aroma.

Available under the brand name of BELLS the ghee is fulfilling the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 requirements laid down by the Government of India.
Unlike butter, Ghee can be stored for extended periods without refrigeration, provided it is kept in an air-tight container to prevent oxidation and remains moisture-free. It also has a high-smoking point making it excellent for frying unlike vegetable oils.
