Defleker

TRI-DISC DEFLEKER is a high speed Defleker, used primarily for defibering a market pulp and various kinds of brokes. To obtain in high quality product and better strength characteristics, the pulp and broke must be perfectly defleked before refining. With TECHNOMECH TRI-DISC DEFl,EKER, fibre bundles and flakes are completely defteked into individual fibres by hydro-dynamic shock waves created with high quality deflaker discs, which rotate at a high speed of 1500 to 3000 RPM.
