Composite slabs consist of profiled steel decking with an in-site reinforced concrete topping. The decking not only acts as permanent form work to the concrete but also provides sufficient shear bond with the concrete so that when the concrete has gained strength, the two materials act together compositely.

NSEPPL can manufacture two set of profiles i.e. NS60 and NS80 trapezoidal profile with two hours fire rating. Profile enables un-propped spans in excess of 3.5m and is available in 0.9mm, 1.0mm and 1.2mm gauges in both S350 and S450 grade high tensile steel. The machine is fully automatic and final construction issue drawings are directly fed into the machine resulting in zero wastage.
