Function:
Designed in accordance with ANSI/BHMA A156.5 and EN 1303 standards. The equipment precisely controls key rotation angle, torque, speed, and force via a servo motor. A variable rotation center coupling prevents misalignment and wear. A constant torque load of 3 in.-lbf (0.34 Nm) is applied at the cam end using a magnetic brake per ANSI/BHMA A156.5.
The touch screen allows for setting test parameters. The system stops automatically if torque or push/pull force exceeds the set value.
