Smoke Alarm Test Tunnel - Color: Blue

The smoke alarm production test tunnel was designed for batch testing or calibration of sensitivity tests of Smoke alarms or detectors. The basic working principle complies with EN 14604 and EN 54-7. It consists of a test tunnel, aerosol generator, obscuration sensor, controller, and computer. The obscuration meter is made of high-quality electrical and optical components to ensure precision and stable readings. The two-floor trays are supported by rodless air cylinders. They can extend and retract by pressing a button or through automatic control. The lids are fixed on the tray and can close the opening in the extended and retracted positions. The Zomtest Smoke Test Tunnel Software in English can set the air speed, aerosol buildup rate (ramp test), and constant obscuration set value. The aerosol concentration is controlled to a set value by PID algorithm and can maintain the smoke density within +/-0.004dB/m reading when the door remains closed. After exchanging sample trays, the smoke density will drop and then resume to within +/-0.005 range within half a minute.
