How to Use Cross lock CL-20 Spacers:

1. Optimal Spacing :To prevent sagging of steel bars, we recommend a spacing distance of 2 feet between two steel bars in slabs.
2. Prepare the Installation :Raise your reinforcement matrix temporarily by placing a tile or brick at the middle of the span.
3. Position the Spacer :Push the Cross lock CL-20 spacer against the raised steel bars at the crossing point. Ensure that the bottom steel bar rests in the bottom slot of the spacer, and the top bar fits into the top slot.
4. Self-Locking Mechanism :The spacer will automatically lock itself in place with the top steel bar, thanks to its self-locking mechanism.
5. Avoid Common Mistakes :Be cautious not to place the spacer on a single bar or position the bottom bar in the top slot. These common errors can affect the spacers performance and should be avoided.
