Today, the company is well reckoned as one of the major Semi-Automatic Crimp Capping Machines Manufacturers and Suppliers in India. FS10 and FS32 are both semi-automatic Crimp Capping Machines designed for crimping aluminium overseals.

FS10 is designed for crimping 8 mm, 13 mm and 20 mm DIN standard crimp caps with or without flip-off plastic disc. FS32 is designed for 20 mm and 32 mm DIN caps, also with or without flip-off plastic disc. Custom crimp heads can be designed for special sizes of caps, pump action caps and the like. Both FS10 and FS32 employ Flexicona s turbulence free crimp head. The crimp head generates an insignificant amount of particles in the crimping process and can thus be used in clean rooms.

FS tabletop capping machines are designed to be quick and easy to operate and in addition to protect the operator from repetitive strain injury (RSI). Crimping is performed by pressing the bottle or vial against the bottle grip. This causes the crimp head to move down onto the bottle, the jaws close around the cap, pressure is applied, the jaws release and the head lifts again. The FS machines deliver a consistent quality seal as well as long maintenance intervals. The crimp format can be changed in less than 2 minutes. FS tabletop capping machines are delivered with one format set. Additional crimp heads and bottle tools can be ordered, as can custom tools designed according to specification.
