FC10 and FC32 are semi-automatic machines for tightening screw caps on to bottles. They are designed to increase productivity in the closing process while at the same time protecting the operator from repetitive strain injury (RSI).FC10 can handle screw caps up to A 50 mm. This compact machine is ideal for semi-automatic sealing of bottles from 10 ml to 500 ml and can be used in a variety of industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and foods.FC32 can handle screw caps up to A 65 mm and bottles from 30 ml to 1,000 ml. Cap chucks are designed for each specific cap to ensure a consistent closure.

The closing torque is adjustable and it is thus possible to handle applications requiring both delicate handling of the caps and applications requiring a constant closing torque.

The machine cycle is activated by the operator pressing the bottle against the bottle grip. The screwdriver and the cap chuck are then lowered onto the bottle. The screwdriver is activated by the pressure and will spin until the preset closing torque is reached. The assembly will then return to its original position, leaving a perfectly capped bottle.
