Counter Current Cooler - Hardcase Design, Efficient Moisture Evaporation, Core Cooling For Various Pellets

Leveraging on our rich industry experience in this domain, we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Counter Current Cooler in Secunderabad, Telangana, India. The hardcase counter current cooler is designed to reducing temperature of pellet from about 80oc to about 3oc above ambient. The cooler works on the principal of blowing air through a columns of hot & moist pellets and in the process evaporating the moisture leading to cooling. The flow of air is in the opposite direction of flow of material, that is, counter to the flow of material and thus the cooler is termed as counter current cooler. The quantity of air, the column of pellets and the residence time will govern the cooling effect. It is important to cool the pellets to the core and not only on the surface. The cooler can be used to cool products other than feed pellets as well.
