For the varied requirements of our clients, we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Vertical Mixer in Secunderabad, Telangana, India. The mixer consists of a vertical screw conveyor installed in a funnel shaped enclosure. The raw feed ingredients are poured in the hopper at the bottom of the funnel/conveyor. The screw conveyor carries the ingredients to the top and sprays them all around the periphery of the funnel. By gravity the ingredients reach the bottom of the screw conveyor and is lifted up again. This process continues until the ingredients are mixed. The bagging is done from the gate provided on the cone part of the funnel.

the drive of the mixer is through "v" belts. The mixer requires a very little power to operate compared to other type of mixers. The mixer is very simple in construction and thus low in price.
