Working Principle Of Copper Wire Stripping Machine
Normally, we use three kings of stripping methods according to the structure and the thickness of the insulation layer of the cables as below:
1. For the cables with thickness less than 1mm, we use double rollers to grind the cables to separate the cores from the insulation by adjusting the the pressure of the springs which are contacted to the upper roller.
2. For the cables with thickness over 1mm and less than 45 mm cables, we can feed the cable into the size fitted channel and the insulation will be cut off by the blade which is fixed on the roller, the dept of the cutting can be adjusted by adjusting the springs which are connected with the upper roller.
3. For the cables with thickness over 45mm and the armoured cables, we put the cable into an adaptable wire clamp which prevents the wires from slipping away and then use the two opposing rotating blades to cut off the insulation and the armors.
