This Copper Rod Continuous Casting And Rolling Line is applied to manufacture 8mm bright copper rod by adopting a technology of continuous casting and rolling. Cathode copper or red copper scrap is chosen as raw materials. This production line is composed of the following parts: melting furnace, holding furnace, stationary reverberatory furnace, 5-wheel continuous casting machine, automatic shearer, straightening & edge shaver, casting bar brushing machine, continuous rolling machine and orbital coiler, electrical control system, etc.
