1. Schematic diagram of technological process:
Aluminium Ingot or aluminium Scrapa Melting Furnacea Holding Furnacea Continuous Casting Machine a Oil Hydraulic Sheara Continuous Rolling Machine a Dual-spoola Continuous Winding Machinea Finished Rod
2. The molten aluminium from the melting furnace flows to the wheel-type continuous casting machine through the launder, and is made into trapezium ingot with a cross section of 2420mm2. Then, the finished ingot is cut off by oil hydraulic shear while the top of the ingot is pressed smaller to feed into the continuous rolling machine. At last, the finished rod is wound as coils by dual-spool winding machine.
