Specifications:
- Offered incubators have microprocessor-based PID control along with auto-tune feature and are CE marked
- Temp. Sensor: These have PT 100 RTD and posses class A sensor
- Temp. Display: Offered incubators have digital LED screen with 3 digit
- Heating: Further, our incubators have u-shaped nichrome wire heater along with SS Sheathing
- Cooling: Our incubators have CFC free copeland compressor and use R134A eco friendly refrigerant, which have condenser, relay & motor
- Air Circulation:Flange motor is fitted with a blower
- Chamber illumination: Consists of fluorescent light along with a door switch
- Feet: These are fitted with castor wheels for easy movement
- Trays: Incubators consist of SS wire mesh and have heavy duty performance
- Construction: These are double-walled along with poly urethene (PUF) insulation for inner glass viewing door & outer stainless steel metal door
Pre-Installation Mandatory Requirement:
- Temperature of the room around the machine should be around 25C with air conditioning or you may have an exhaust fan in a well ventilated room & temperature should not exceed 30C.
- We recommend servo controlled stabilizer and stabilized input voltage should be of 230V AC and 20 amps
Calibration / Validation
1) Calibration
- Offered incubators have temperature sensor probe calibration along with ERTL
- Furthermore, these have temperature controller calibration to verify ERTL
2) Validation:
- OQ, PQ and IQ documentation & protocols are provided along with the equipment
- Documentation are prepared for Osworld by premier validation ltd (Ireland), which is one of the europes leading validation consultants
These have performance qualification along with temperature mapping. Performance validation test comprises of one cycle at a given temperature point, for 2-hours. In printed format data is collected from six unique points of the chamber. If the deviation is less than (2C) of the fixed temperature, then temperature uniformity is acceptable
