We manufacture and export CNC Brush Machine VM70-25D to our customers in Yangzhou, Jiangsu, China. It has unique and innovative design, several patents, and superior performance due to new tufting technology and newly designed platforms, for mass production of brooms, toilet brushes, rolling brushes, and so on, to create much higher profits for customers.
It is equipped with 3 drilling and 2 tufting device, the tufting speed is 1000 tufts/minute. 1000 kinds of different programs can be preset in the system and easy to create a new program. It can produce brushes with two or three colors filaments.
By selecting different platforms we can produce brushes with different types and angles. Available platforms:
1. for brushes with slant and vertical filaments;
2. for spherical toilet brushes and semi-spherical dish wash brushes;
3. for industrial tubular brushes.
