The Compact Fully Automatic Chapati Making Machine is suited for Industrial Canteens, Langars, Hospitals, Hostels, Railways and Defense Establishments. It is also simple, rugged and very compact design requires no special skills to operate.
Process
Using a dough mixer, the wheat flour dough is prepared and conveyed continuously to the extruder. The dough shaft coming out of extruder is sensed by length and uniform sized balls are cut that move on the endless belt conveyors through the rollers to get circular shaped chapatis. These circular chapatis now enter the baking chamber where it is baked on both sides and then puffed finally. The Chapatis produced are soft & tasty. The product can be served hot.
