Features of our Fully Automatic Paddy Deshusker:-
Panesars have pioneered a revolutionary design of the new dehusker, a chute feeding system which presents paddy to the dehusking rolls in the best possible orientation and at the highest feed rate practicable for the variety of rice being dehusked.

Reduced Brokens:
The trial testing of the new dehusker has shown a significant reduction in the level of brokens generated during the dehusking process.

Automatic Operation
The Rubber rolls automatically engage and disengage triggered by proximity switch in response to the amountof paddy in feed hopper on top of the machine. The Rubber Rolls automatically adjust their position to the decrease in diameter of rolls. In this way the constant dehusking pressure is fully assured irrespective of wearing of rubber rolls which helps to ensure uniform dehusking. The dehusking pressure is adjustable by roll pressure regulator according to paddy conditions and operating requirements. The adjustment can be done even during the operation.
