Centreless Roller Burnishing Machine

Our provided Centreless Roller Burnishing Machine is useful for super finishing on outer diameters of solid shaft & is fitted with A.C Variable drive to achieve Surface Roughness upto 0.02 to 0.04 Ra micron value on components like Mixer Rotor shafts, engine valves, fan shafts, and is most useful in cylinder shafts and shock absorber shafts.

The machine is equipped with A C Variable drive, timer, hydraulics and can have extended conveyor to accommodate spindle length up to 5 meters. The advantages of burnishing are to increase surface hardness, and to reduce lobbing & ovality by 30 to 40%.

The burnishing rollers and drive rollers are made of tungsten carbide, burnishing is done on components which are below 45 HRC.
