The above pump is mainly designed keeping in view
the requirement of plastic pipe industry
for burst water pressure testing application..The high discharge volume of 370 cc / stroke will help to quikly reach the
desired burst pressure and this will increase productivity of the testing
system.

Main Features of PUMP :

Instantaneous pressure rise
because of high discharge volume from the unit/ stroke.

Auto stroking feature for multistroking
requirement.

Monoblock pump/ overhead tank ( not a part of this
equipment ) will prefill the system and hydraulic Pressure intensifier will
generate high pressure and high discharge volume both at the same time leading
to instantaneous pressure development.

Light weight/ compact and mobile
type for easy movement and low space
requirement.

The equipment is a development to meet the
requirement of a burst pressure testing applications in a variety of industrial
segments.

An inbuilt
hydraulic power-pack drives the oil to water intensifier resulting in a large
output volume and pressure combination. A pre-filling pump or overhead water
tank will pre-fill the device to be tested and subsequently intensified
pressure will carry out actual bursting. The models ranges from 10 bar to 700
bar pressure.

A special model
to meet pressure requirement upto 2000 bar has been developed for burst testing
application.
