These Brass Nuts Transfer Machine is to produce nuts from 3/8 up to A of inch. It has 5 stations of work, 2 units. Loading, unloading and washing completely automatic. Maximum production cycle: 1250 pcs per 4 lines. Real production: 5000 pcs/hour.
Each machine has a nuts lift, two vibrant selectors, one loading tracks with four lanes, one multiple head (Sumatic) with four chucks, voiding scrap, voiding pieces conveyer, inox washing machine with double tank and dryer.
The machine has his own handbook, and complies to the rule CEE 98/37/ECC.
Power is 380 V plus/minus 10%, 3 three phase 50 Hz, pneumatic power 6 bar max, electrical absorption max 80 A, pneumatic absorption 500 Normal liter/min.
