Bent Tempering Machine

We are offering our customers a huge range of Bent Tempering Machines. AirStreamTM ---Radiation heating plays a main role during glass heating, while compressed air is injected into heating furnace, in which it brings certain amount of heat onto glass top surfaces and is helpful for even heating on-line low-E glass, etc.

LD-B AirStream single curvature tempering furnace adopts AirStream heating technology, and it is suitable for tempering single curvature glass in small quantities. Glass can be tempered includes: on-line Low-E glass, silk-printed glass, tinted glass, clear glass, etc.

Technical Features:
1) Hard shaft bending rollers which bend the glass lengthwise;
2) The bending mechanism consists of many bending devices, and each bending device not only can camber by itself, also can be slightly adjusted separately, therefore high accuracy radian can be reached;
3) Bending system is controlled by German servo control system, which ensures good repeatability and consistency;
4) It can temper small volume single curvature bent glass for autos and household appliances with high accuracy;

5) Equipped with Jet Heating convection system additionally, it can temper on-line and off-line Low-E (E=0.02) glass, extra white glass, screen printed glass, pattern glass, tinted glass, clear glass,etc.
