Calibration / Validation

1) Calibration

2) Validation:

OQ, PQ and IQ documentation & protocols are provided along with the equipment
Documentation are prepared for Osworld by premier validation ltd (Ireland), which is one of the europes leading validation consultants

These have performance qualification along with temperature mapping. Performance validation test comprises of one cycle at a given temperature point, for 8-hours. In printed format data is collected from six unique points of the chamber. If the deviation is less than (1C) of the fixed temperature, then temperature uniformity is acceptable
