Construction
The body is fabricated from mild steel Plates and Fitted with Flanges on both ends.Foot Mounting arrangements to facilities installation of the fan, on the ground of frame look.

Impeller
The impeller of axial flow fan is made in aluminium alloy and Dynamically Balanced.

Motors
The standard A. C. Motors are enclosed squirrel cage induction type suitable for temperature up to 40c. Flame Proofs Vapour tight and motors can be supplied on request.

Bearing
Ball or ball roller bearing are started.

Driving Arrangements
There are two types of Driver. The direct drive arrangement or v -belt drive arrangement, Impeller and motors are both Housed inside the casting and impeller is directly mounted on motors shaft.

V- Belt Arrangement
The impeller mounted on a separate shaft Supported on two ball bearing and Plume Blocks inside casting. the Motor is mounted on outside of the casting and shaft is driven with V - Belts.

Hot Air Gas Application
FAn is suitable for air and up to temperature of 65 C.
Between 65 and 150 the made of V - Belt drive Arrangement And are equipped with special high temperature lubricated ball bearings.
