Automatic Control Unit Aca a This microprocessor based control unit is equipped with electrical parameter displaying facility. This control unit determines load kVAR demand and joins or separate necessary capacitor steps to control power factor.

Switching Elements Aca a The capacitors are controlled by technically advanced contactors or thyistor based on the exact requirements of customers. One can choose up to 12 capacitor steps for its functioning. The power capacitor with 440 volts and 50 Hertz power supply are attached in DELTA.

Current Transformer Aca a Three current transformers of this automatic power factor are utilized for load current measurement purpose. The remaining two current transformers are required for capacitor current sensing purpose and it provides signal to the ACU for measurement and data storage work. The load sensing current transformers are located at the LT side of transformer.
