Auto Led Bulb Testing Machine

Our offered Auto LED Bulb Testing Machine is used for testing electrical and optical parameter of bulbs after finishing assembly and ageing, then capping the plastic cap, printing logo and unloading.

Featured Characteristics:-
1) With 12 heads, carry out the processes as below:
Loading, electrical parameter testing, chip light testing, luminous flux testing, color temperature testing and high pressure resistant testing;
Sorting out the unqualified bulbs; gluing and capping, printing logo (by logo printing machine), and unloading.
2) Testing the input current, voltage, power factor and power of each lamp by electrical parameter;
3) Testing the working status of each chip on PCBA when the bulb is lighten by industrial CCD, the faulted chips can be recognized.
4) Via the high speed integrating sphere, the tests of luminous flux and color temperature can be finished within 2 seconds.
5) A 1100V high voltage would be applied to the base and heat sink, to have the high pressure resistant test,according to the requirement.
6) The data from all testers will be loaded to the computer, after compared with the pre-set parameters, and determined, the machine will sort out the unqualified bulbs, glue and cap the qualified bulbs, print logo, and unload.
7) With the loading and unloading buffer conveyors, the machine can be connected with ageing machine and packing machine in the automatic production line.
