LED Online Ageing Machine
The LED Bulb Online Ageing Machine is used for ageing LED Bulbs.
1. The machine is divided into five parts, each part is equipped with a 15KVA automatic voltage regulator. Bulbs will be aged in the following processes: ageing by low voltage, ageing by common voltage, spark by common voltage, ageing by high voltage, spark by common voltage.
2. Controlled by stepping motor and located by optoelectronic switch, the conveyor moves intermittently, it is convenient to loading and unloading bulbs by mechanical hands.
3. The bulbs which cannot work by low voltage will be detected and sorted out via. the photoelectric sensor.
4. Inside the machine, the temperature sensors and air exhaust fans keep temperature constant.
5. 200 types of different parameters can be set and saved on the touch panel, including ageing voltage, ageing time, spark time, spark times etc.
6. On the operation panel, there are switchs of start, stop and pause, lights of running, sparking and error alarm, and the dial indicators of ageing voltage, current, and internal temperature. The machine can be started by one key, and the working status will be shown.
