Amyloglucosidase

Following are specifications of Amyloglucosidase:
Enzyme Activity: 30,000 U/g, 50,000 U/g, 100,000U/g.
Effective temperature: 40 ~60A AcA A A A , optimal temperature: 50~60 A AcA A A A .
Effective pH :3.0~5.0, optimal pH: 4.0~4.5;
Applications:
Cooking the stuff and cooling to 60, then adding enzyme 80-200 U/g to stuff, cooling for 30-60 mins, stored for fermentation.
Production of beer: adding the enzyme before saccharifying and fermentation.
Using enzyme instead of distillers yeast in production of it can improve liquor yield.
Production of starch sugar: after liquefaction of stuff, adjusting pH to about 4.5, cooling to 60A , adding enzyme 80-200 k U/g to stuff, and heat insulate until the end of saccharifying.
Production of monosodium glutamate and citric acid: after liquefaction of starch, cooling to 60, adjusting pH to about 4.5, adding enzyme 100-300 U/g to stuff, heat insulate, and saccharifying.
Feed industry: as feed additive, mixing with amylase, hemi-cellulase, and so on, it can improve feed digestibility, and usually supplement to feed 50-300 g (calculate by100, 000 U/g).

Precaution:
This production is bioactive substance, avoid sunlight and water, keep and storage in cool and dry place. Above 90% of enzyme activity remained after 6 month( 25A ).
Dissolve it in 40A water before using for 1 hr until non-caking and no coat-core occurred, and a little insoluble matters has no effect for its efficiency.
