Puyang Mingli Petrochemical Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in 1998, whose general manager Chen Congliang worked in Puyang City First Machinery Factory, which was formerly a military industrial enterprise. The enterprise became the first manufacturer of magnesium powder machine of China in 1994, and a member of China Magnesium Association (CMA). The company now has more than 100 employees, including 12 professional and technical personnel, 4 senior engineers.
