The double door hanger type shot blasting machine will be having two number of doors attached with a hanger on each door and for both a hanger common rotating friction drive for rotating a hanger this will be located on top of the chamber. After the door get closed the hanger get engaged to the rotating friction drive automatically which make a hanger to rotate, this principle apply for both the hanger door. In this system the job will be blasted in the chamber with one hanger door and at the same time another job will be loaded on another a hanger door, hence the loading and unloading will be done simultaneously. Once the job get blast through first hanger door, open the hanger door and remove the job from the hanger, now you can close the second hanger door on which the job was already loaded for blasting.
