About Us

K. D. Founders is a foundry situated in a prime location of Mumbai, Maharashtra (India), dealing in all kinds of Non Ferrous Alloys, Castings, Valves, Bushes and Gears. In was in the year 1992 when Mr. Jignesh Parikh laid down the foundation stone of the company. It started on a small-scale, making use of a small pit furnace for manufacturing operations. As the years progressed, our company consistently and steadily grown in the field of non-ferrous castings through strategic planning, rigorous work, learning through mistakes, and advanced technology. The Manufacturer & Supplier, supplies all types of Non-ferrous Alloys, including Lead Base Alloy, Copper Base Alloy and Aluminum Base Alloy. All aforesaid alloys conform to IS, ASTM, BS, DIN, SAE, GOST standards. We can make available these alloys conforming to standards asked by our customers. The alloys are used in many industries, given to it's benefits, like:

Resistance to corrosion & chemicals, and low density

Alloys are easy to machine, cast, weld, forge and roll

Excellent thermal conductivity as well as electrical conductivity

At our foundry, we can use Nickel, Aluminum, Bronze or any other alloy to make pieces, which can weight from, 10gram to 300Kgs. Certain pre-defined processes we follow for processing non ferrous alloy castings are Fluxing, Metallurgy, Deoxidization, Degasification, Grain Refinement, Filtration & Pumping. The high quality non ferrous alloy castings produced in-house have non magnetic properties and exhibit a number of impressive features, such as high strength, light weight, chemical and atmospheric corrosion resistance. These castings are processed mainly for electrical and electronic applications.

In our company, sand castings, shell moulding, chill castings and other such methods are employed for the manufacturing of Industrial Parts and Components, like Gear Wheels, Valve Bodies, Pump Castings, Impellers, Foot Valves and Bush Bearings, making use of alloys, like gun metal, manganese bronze, silicon bronze, nickel aluminum bronze, phosphorous bronze, aluminum bronze I & II and ultra bronze (zinc base).
