TOPIC : What is the safe payment mode for trade inside the country?

I know that cash on delivery is the safest mode of trade with new customers. What I am worried is that, if the buyer doesn't want to buy the product after I shipped the product to his place. In this case I will be incurring the transportation cost.

Members, please let me know if there is any better method
