Is there any restriction on the number of transfer or number of parties to whom one LC can be transferred?
I am a trader, buying from A, who is also a trader, buys from B and I am selling to C. C is opening a transferable LC on me, I am transferring it to A and A transfers the same LC to B - the original supplier.
Is this transaction possible and what are the related rules and cautions to be taken?
