ADVANCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN DONE BUT EXPORTER DOES NOT WANT TO SEND THE CARGO. HE DOES NOT WANT TO PAY BACK THE MONEY EITHER. I NEED FEED BACK

DEAR MR. CHOUDHURY
I am gold to note,that you have at least agreed to make advance payment,but all exportor can't be the same nature, you may having bad experience in this matter! however it is better to issue the advance only against dispatch doc. or against BG etc.
Being supplier, i will be happily to receive advance without any liabilities, ( you should have some faith on either side ?)
Normally , we work more than 30 40% and asked advance after profit of same . I think this is some what middle method for advance
