Zero Halogen Flame Retardant Insulated Single Core Unsheathed Copper Cables (Up to 1100 V)

Adcab-ZHFR is manufactured using low-smoke Zero-Halogen compounds that offers excellent electrical and mechanical characteristics, superior flame resistance, low smoke production and reduced toxicity. This cable is much more protective and eco-friendly compared to PVC insulated cable as the latter produces toxic gasses when it burns and forms acids when in contact with water. Zero Halogen Flame Retardant Insulated produce significantly lower levels of carbon monoxide (C0) gas during combustion than those the standard constructed cables that contain halogens.

Conductor: The conductors, drawn from bright electrolytic grade copper are annealed and bunched together for flexibility, rating value and dimension.

Insulation: Bunched, specially formulated grade of zero-Halogen Flame Retardant (ZHFR) compound is used which does not melt or drip in case of fire. The minimal smoke emission is transparent and non-toxic which ensures that in a fire situation victims are not threatened by suffocation and evacuation is comfortably executed with out visibility issues.

Marking: The cables are printed with generic marking 'Adcab-ZHFR'.

Colours: Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green and Grey. As well as other colour on demand.

Packing: 90 Meters (approx. 100 yards) pack in protective cartons.
