Motors: sturdy cylindrical / conical rotor pole-changing motor (continuous cast aluminium sections) integrated safety brakes (insulation class f, ip54 protection)
gear box: precision flat helical / spur gear units in light alloys housing (case-hardened gears) excellent surface treatment and permanent oil/grease lubrication.
Brakes: single/dual-disc electromagnetic dc brakes with advanced features like automatic braking on power failure. Asbestos free brake linings that can perform 1 million braking operation. Low in maintenance
electrical panel: modular design easy to install and maintain reliable operation fuse less circuit, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Drives with motor overload protection to prevent overloading.
Painting: every part of the hoist thoroughly scrubbed and painted. Before the assembly double coat of the primer is applied and after the final testing the surface coated with twin layer of paint.
Rope drive: compact design and low weight.
Supporting structure, trolleys and drive
systems: the standard hoist in the chassis can be designed for heavy and medium load applications with different types of travelling gears. Compact design, low height are some of the standard features of the hoist.
