Today we manufacture wide range of slam locks, key locks, three point locking systems, filters and associated accessories. In our everlasting quest for meeting the specific requirements of our customer and enhancing our range of standard products for customized solutions.

We manufacture various products for export markets and have exported customized products to various countries in Middle East, Far East and Europe. We also welcome any quires for products, components, subassemblies related to electro mechanical fields.

We have got modern tool room for making various moulds ranging from sheet metal to die casting and injection moulding. Our tool room is equipped with spark erosions, HMT milling machine, Lathes, Shapers and many drilling machines.

For making precision sheet metal components we have got high quality press shop which consist of presses ranging from 5 tons to 150 tons.

Plastic moulds and components are designed and moulded in our moulding department. We have got five nos of injection moulding machines with capacity of maximum 500 gms of components. Apart from injection moulding we have vertical machines also for small components.

High precision thermosetting components are also being made by us. We mould DMC, SMC, UREA FORMAL DEHYDRADE AND BAKALITE components upto 300 gms can be made.

Die casted components are also casted by us. We have four quality casting machine which can cast upto 500 gms.

All products are being supervised by our qualified engineers. To give extra finishing to the components buffing is done and for rust proofing powder coating is being done in house.

To name a few components we make hinges in stainless steel, aluminum and zinc die casting, slam lock in SS 304 and polyimide, filters in ABS. components can be made as per customer specification.

Most importantly we have got a laboratory to check the quality of raw material and counter check the quality of component after it has been manufactured. Regular make brake and tensile strength test are being done.

Subassembly floor has numerous drilling, cutting, tapping and grinding machines by which components of high quality can be achieved. All sort of welding is also done in house to fabricate different components.
