Water Based Release Agents

Water-based release agent for phenolic, epoxy resins, polyester, eva and polyurethane. Polish ingredient in formulations.

As a mould release, it gives excellent mould releasing even in hard to reach zones. Very low mould build up. Working temperature between 55 and 180A C. Application by means of a spray-gun once diluted. Suitable dilution into water from 1:1 up to 1:12. As a polish ingredient, can be used a as receiveda or a pre-diluteda with water. Its formulation, stability and efficiency canlead to a variety of applications. Optimum gloss with minimum smear in both car and furniture polish formulations.

Due to its high wetting properties, use is recommended in textile industries, cosmetics, manufacturing of polishes and cleaning products, also for paper manufacturing and leather.
It is a water based liquid lubricant suitable for use with all types of conveyor belts (stainless steel, chromium steel and plastic) and all types of transported goods (glass or plastic bottles, glasses).
Highly effective as a release agent for latex processing.
As a surfactant it has a wide spectrum of use in liquid and powder detergent formulations.
Excellent as a foam controlling agent in detergents.
Effective as a detergent and softening agent.
